Here at JPS Motortech, we are an established and well trusted business supplying and fitting type approved high quality towbars to cars, vans, motorhomes and more. Our towbars are type approved to conform to all the new MOT rules and regulations, and our friendly team can give you a tutorial if needed on how to safely use your newly fitted towbar.  

Single and dual electrical towbars

We stock both single 7 pin electrics and duel 14 pin electrics and also have 13 pin electrics for the newer caravans. 

We supply vehicle specific wiring looms and have the very latest coding computer to code your vehicle to activate all the safety features (this is now an insurance requirement), we also have drop-hitch (jaw and pin) tow balls for plant trailers.

We supply and fit the following towbars:

Towbar auxiliary, caravan socket upgrade.

Upgrade your existing single electric towbar socket to a dual electric system with split charge relay, which is suitable for charging your caravan leisure battery and powering the refrigerator.
Towbar with single 7 pin electrics.


We supply and install towbars with single 7 pin electrics for towing trailers.
Tow bar with single electrics and drop hitch.

We supply and install towbars with single electrics and drop hitch (jaw and pin).
Towbar with 13 pin electrics.


These are for the newer caravans with ABS systems fitted and also to charge the battery and run the refrigerator while driving.

Our towbar fitting service

All towbars can be fitted on our premises, to all kinds of vehicle. We are happy for you to watch from our waiting area. We will also advise you on using the towbar and also tips on reversing your vehicle with it attached (which can be tricky!) to ensure every journey you make can be done with peace of mind. 

To make things easier for you, we also stock a wide range of parking sensors and reverse cameras to give you a helping hand, and we also stock and fit roof racks. Contact us for more information.
